A graduate of Merrimack College, Hugh Arnold comes to Antilles with nearly 20 years of in-the-classroom, administrative, and development experience – including his most recent role as Assistant Head at All Saints Cathedral School - and is a 2016 Rotary Club of St. Thomas Paul Harris Fellow. Also joining the school community are his wife Nicole and their children Emilia '37 and Miles.

Adrianne is enjoying her position with the Advancement Office at Antilles School as an Associate focusing primarily on Database Management and Stewardship of all areas of giving in the Antilles community. She has been a resident of St. Thomas for over 20 years and had the good fortune to work and learn from a myriad of wonderful employers and gain experience in personal relations, management and problem solving. She is a licensed USCG Captain and a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and enjoys the unique chance that island living gives her to pursue her loves of hiking, paddling, fishing and all things outdoors.

Michelle Braley started her career at Antilles School in 2013. She taught both History and Language Arts in Grades 6-12, served as the History Department Chair, and was an active faculty mentor. Her current role in Advancement includes supporting the Development and Admission teams, as well as leading the school’s strategic initiatives in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Ananta Pancham is a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. With a background in journalism, she successfully managed the Virgin Islands’ only online newspaper, the V.I. Source, for a decade before being appointed to serve in as the Territorial Director of Communications for the Virgin Islands Department of Education.

A 2001 graduate of Antilles, Ananta was happy to return to the School in 2014 as the Director of Communications and Alumni Relations, which gives her the opportunity to work directly with all of the School's major constituency groups. Her children also attend Antilles and are currently in the Lower School.
