John Hopkins CTY Summer Update
Posted 05/17/2013 12:00AM

For students in earlier grades, your students might be qualified for one of the CTY online courses/programs. Unfortunately, we have been unable to launch the full program this full year that includes children younger than 7th grade for reasons beyond our control. We believe that in future summers we will have had time to streamline our procedures and have more children qualified to take these courses. For this summer, we have not had a sufficient number of students achieve a qualifying score to be able to offer a class in either Humanities, Mathematics or a combination of both.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you while making your summer plans. Our goal is to be able to offer a meaningful program for young students (completing 2nd grade and above) in summer 2014 and beyond. We will begin information sessions and testing opportunities when school resumes in the early fall. Stay tuned for dates and locations.
