How To Apply
We accept applications at any time during the year on a space available basis.
The ideal time to get the process started is between December and January for August enrollment. Applications can be downloaded from our website and submitted by mail, fax, email, or in person. Please send them to:

To get started, complete the application form, the questionnaire(s), submit a copy of your child's certified birth certificate, andpay the application fee. You can mail a check or money order or call the Business Office (340) 776-1600 x1901 to make a payment by credit card.
Provide your child’s current school with the confidential teacher recommendation and transcript release forms.
Once we have received the completed application, you will be contacted to schedule your child’s assessment and visit.
Toddler Program - A 30-minute appointment for the toddler and his/her parent(s) is scheduled beginning in March. The applicant is engaged in age-appropriate play with an ELC teacher or staff member and parents are asked to provide general information about their child’s daily activities.
Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and First Grade - Applicants are invited to spend a morning in a current classroom with his/her peer group.
Grades 2 through 5 - Applicants are invited to spend a day in their current grade. In addition to participation in the classroom, students applying to Grades 4 and 5 are given a 45 minute standardized test to assess reading and mathematics skills.
Grades 6 through 12 - Applicants to Grades 6 through 12 are required to complete testing to help measure writing skills, reading comprehension, reasoning and mathematics. These tests are designed to assess a student’s ability and achievement and include both standardized and in-house evaluation tools. Testing is scheduled in March, April, May and June. Candidates who apply before the end of March are also invited to spend a day on campus to complete testing, meet teachers and administrators and spend some time with peers in his/her current grade.
All Grades - In some cases, candidates are asked to visit a second time; testing is only done once. Antilles reserves the right to request additional information if the Admission Committee is unable to render a decision with the standard application.
