Antilles School Emergency Weather Protocol

Antilles School Emergency Weather Protocol
For Tropical Storms and Severe Weather

A Commitment to Timely, Clear Communication
At Antilles School, the safety of our students, families, and staff is our highest priority. When severe weather approaches, we work quickly to assess on-campus conditions and share updates as soon as possible. Our goal is to keep you informed so you can make the best decisions for your family’s safety.

If you do not receive a message from us the day of or day after a major event, school will be open as scheduled. Families are always encouraged to consider their own neighborhood conditions when deciding whether to come to campus.

Extended Day Forms 2025-2026

The Extended Day Program provides a warm, nurturing environment similar to one a child would find at home. It is a time for active outdoor play, relaxation, optional activities, and snack time. It starts at 3:00 p.m. and runs until 5:30 p.m. each school day.

Register your child or children for the Extended Day Program for Toddlers through 5th grade below:

Pre-K and Kindergarten Extended Day

1st and 2nd Grade Extended Day

3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Extended Day

Health Forms 2025-2026

All students are required to have an annual physical exam to be enrolled in school. To be valid for the 2025–2026 school year, physicals must be completed after June 7, 2025, and on or before August 19, 2025.

For returning students whose last physical was completed after the start of the previous school year, a new physical is due two weeks after the previous one expires.

Emergency forms and updated immunization records are due by August 19, 2025, regardless of the physical exam date.

Please note:

  • All forms must be printed. Physicians do not supply school-specific versions.

  • If your child’s physical is delayed, immunization records must still be submitted by August 19. The Department of Health, East End Medical Clinic, Walgreens, and most pediatricians administer immunizations without requiring a full doctor’s visit.

  • If the complete medical packet is not submitted by the end of September 2025, your child will not be permitted to attend school until all required health documentation is received and verified.

Completed forms and immunization cards should be emailed directly to the nurse at nurse@antilles.vi

REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS FOR 2025-2026

Antilles School Dress Code 2025-2026

Our dress code aims to foster a professional learning environment while giving students some choice in their school clothing options. Our goal is to allow all students to be able to find dress code options that fit their needs while maintaining consistency throughout the school.

Please carefully note the requirements of school-appropriate skirts and shorts by noting where to purchase those items. While gray, khaki, and navy pants may be purchased from any vendor of choice, please note that sweatpants and athletic wear of any kind are not allowed as bottoms.  Pants must be professional in appearance and may not resemble athletic wear in any way.

Grade 6-9 students have PE and may wear Antilles athletic wear on the days PE occurs in their schedule. Gray sweatpants are not included in PE clothing options or dress code clothing, and may not be worn.

Mondays are Antilles Spirit Shirt days - students may wear t-shirts and athletic shirts on Mondays in lieu of the polo, as long as it is an Antilles School shirt.
