Yoga for children, 45-minute mindful movement and/or meditation. Students will learn yoga postures and proper alignment. Yoga offers numerous benefits for children, impacting both their physical and mental well-being. It improves flexibility, strength, and coordination while also promoting mindfulness, stress management, and focus, ultimately enhancing overall health and well-being.
